Toxicities in a Popular Organic Bread

A few months ago, one of the most popular organic bread labels made the news when several varieties of their bread tested positive for glyphosate and heavy metals.

I, for one, missed this report when it first came out, but after seeing the brand come up multiple times while muscle testing clients recently, I did some research and stumbled upon the findings.

Dave’s Killer Bread used to contain few ingredients and undergo rigorous testing when the company first launched. Since being acquired recently by a large corporation, the ingredient list has tripled and now contains various additives and preservatives (along with toxicities) that are unrecognizable by the human body.

What I see through muscle testing is when the body ingests or absorbs these foreign substances, inflammation is immediately triggered; often manifesting in a variety of symptoms depending on the individual and their own areas of susceptibility.

In just the past week, I’ve seen this bread connected to joint pain, volatile toddler behavior, disrupted sleep, and digestive distress. On the surface, these ailments share nothing in common – but the underlying inflammation affecting every single one was connected back to this ‘organic’ bread.

The upside is that, with the detoxification-focused energy protocol that I use, the body can quickly release both the cause (residual toxicities from the bread) and the effects (inflammation) via purging pathways, and return to homeostasis in short order. In every single one of these cases, symptoms disappeared post-session.

While it’s disheartening to see yet another clean brand succumb to a large corporation, it’s becoming more imperative that we take ownership of our health in new ways. Making our own bread or buying it from a local bakery that uses a short, clean ingredient list are two ways to avoid toxicity exposure.
