Case Study: Disappearing Cyst

When most people discover a cyst, the first question is usually, "How do I get rid of it?"

But I often find myself asking a different question:

What is the cyst actually made of?

From the perspective of the Blueprint Restoration methodology, symptoms are rarely random. The body is constantly adapting, protecting, and responding to the stressors it's exposed to. Rather than viewing a cyst as something that simply "appeared," I'm always curious about why the body chose to create it in the first place.

Last year, a client came to me with a cyst beneath her right ear that had been present for several months.

She said, "I'm not sure if your energy work can do anything with it, but I'd be curious to see what comes up."

So that's exactly what we did.

Using the protocol, I began testing for the underlying stressors that were contributing to her body's imbalance. From my assessment, the primary energetic stressors associated with this case were agricultural toxins and heavy metals. One item that repeatedly surfaced during testing was a pomegranate juice she had been drinking, which I assessed as containing paraquat. (And after some research, a few news stories confirmed what arose in testing.)

Over the course of six weeks, we worked together consistently—roughly every couple of days—to help her body release the energetic burden associated with those stressors.

Throughout those six weeks, she kept mentioning something interesting.

"I think it's getting smaller... but I'm not sure if I'm imagining it."

Neither of us wanted to rely on perception alone, but fortunately, she already had a follow-up CT scan scheduled.

When the results came back, they showed that the cyst had decreased to approximately half of its original size over the six-week period.

Seeing that change was incredibly rewarding.

But what fascinated me most wasn't simply that the cyst became smaller. It was what the experience suggested about the body's remarkable intelligence.

Our bodies are constantly interacting with the environment—our food, water, personal care products, medications, and countless other exposures. When the body's detoxification systems become overwhelmed, it may respond in ways that we don't fully understand.

From my perspective, the goal isn't to fight the body. It's to support it. And when underlying energetic stressors are identified and addressed, the body is often able to redirect energy toward restoring balance.

Every client reminds me of the same lesson: symptoms are messages.

Instead of asking, "How do I suppress this?" perhaps a more empowering question is:

"What is my body trying to tell me?"

Sometimes the answer is far more revealing than we ever expected.
